Who is to be studied?

1. Parents who require interpreters
Parents are the group you wish to study. You are not interested in all parents, but in those who require an interpreter. This parent group can also be further specified, for instance parents who require sign language interpreters or parents whose mother tongue is not Norwegian.

What is to be studied?

2. Experiences
You are interested and wish to study the parent group’s experiences of something. It can for example be the quality of interpretation or administrative conditions.

In which context?

3. Communication with schools
The need for an interpreter is linked to a specific context, namely when parents need to communicate with schools.
